What is StromLinie?
StromLinie is the trade magazine of the Austrian electricity industry, published by Oesterreichs Energie. It appears four times a year and is aimed at executives from the energy industry, industry and infrastructure as well as at politics and public administration. In 2022 StromLinie received the Austrian Magazine Award in the category corporate publishing.
What the article is about
The article starts at the beginning: Thomas Ebner runs a first miner on the surplus of his PV system, and the waste heat initially goes unused. Max, a mechanical engineer, brings in the idea of turning this into a ready-configured system that puts surplus electricity to use and makes the heat usable for heating.
It also covers our product range with air, water and immersion cooling, customers from the private and the commercial sector – among them a hotel that can replace its oil heating with PV, mining and heat recovery – and the question of how mined Bitcoin become euros. Max sums up how HASHLYNK sees itself: “We are a pure mechanical engineering company.”
