Manageable investment
One or two miners, one controller, a clear scope of delivery. You start with a manageable budget and see in your own operation what your surplus is worth.

For residential buildings, small businesses & agriculture
SingleUnit uses PV surplus on site with one or two miners, making it the simplest way to start using surplus electricity.
SingleUnit gets more out of the surplus electricity from your PV system: instead of being exported for a few cents or curtailed, it works for you right on site. Depending on your needs, one or two Bitcoin miners turn the surplus electricity into computing power, remunerated in Bitcoin directly to your own wallet.
The system runs fully automatically and continuously adjusts its power to the surplus. You can check its operating status and output at any time. The Air version is designed purely for using electricity; the Hydro version also makes the resulting heat available for buffer tanks, heating or a pool.
Electricity, computing power, Bitcoin, euro: this is how HASHLYNK creates economic value from surplus electricity. Whether you keep the Bitcoin in your wallet or exchange it for euros is up to you. Electricity is not simply “consumed” but converted into a digital, saleable stream of value.
Product features
SingleUnit is designed for a quick, manageable start and uses the existing electrical and building services. Both versions share the same basis; they differ in cooling and heat use.

Depending on your needs, SingleUnit works with one or two miners. This keeps investment and effort low.
The HashLink Automation Controller detects the available surplus, for example via the inverter, and controls the miners independently.
Operating status and output can be viewed at any time. Monitoring and remote maintenance continue permanently after commissioning.
Control cabinet and sub-distribution board by Rittal, control and protection components by Siemens, sensors by Keyence and IFM, network technology with firewall.

One or two miners, one controller, a clear scope of delivery. You start with a manageable budget and see in your own operation what your surplus is worth.
Exported electricity often earns only 2 to 4 cents per kWh. With SingleUnit, the same kilowatt hour brings 5 to 20 cents, depending on the market.
With the Hydro version, waste heat becomes usable heat, for example for a pool, buffer tank or heating. This saves energy that would otherwise have to be added.
Four steps to operation: for Air mostly remotely, for Hydro together with an installation partner on site.
The site assessment shows us which system fits best. In a personal conversation, we then discuss implementation, yield and investment.
SingleUnit is shipped to you and set up quickly. HASHLYNK can optionally take over the installation for an extra charge.
In two hours, we set up the system remotely and show you everything important. This remote commissioning is already included in the price.
From now on, SingleUnit runs fully automatically, and you can keep an eye on output and operating status at any time.

Together, we clarify the right location, how the heat will be used and what happens when no heat is needed. HASHLYNK then takes care of the control cabinet and electrical work, an installation partner connects it to your heating system.

A protected power connection for around 4 kW continuous load per miner, with its own sub-distribution board from two miners
A connection to your PV system, for example via the inverter
A network connection (LAN) at the installation location
Air: a location where noise of up to 60 dB and warm exhaust air of up to 70 °C do not bother anyone, such as a plant room, garage or outbuilding
Hydro: a frost-protected location, clarified pipe routes and an installation partner to connect it to your heating system

For detached houses and smaller residential buildings whose PV system regularly generates more electricity than the house needs, and whose surplus earns little.

For sites with a pool, buffer tank or heating, where the Hydro version puts the waste heat straight to use.

For businesses with their own PV system that want to find out what their surplus is worth without a large project.

For PV systems whose export is limited by the grid operator and whose surplus would otherwise be lost.

Your details
For residential buildings, small businesses and farms with a PV system and a regular surplus that earns little. It is the entry point for anyone who wants to start using surplus electricity through Bitcoin mining with little effort.
SingleUnit works with one or two miners and therefore often covers only part of the surplus. If your surplus is larger or you want a complete system in a compact housing, HashUnit with up to four miners is the next step.
Air is the simpler version and fits when no heat is needed and the location tolerates noise of up to 60 dB and warm exhaust air. Hydro is worthwhile if you can use the waste heat for a pool, buffer tank or heating. We clarify which version fits in the site assessment.
For one miner, a suitable, protected connection for around 4 kW continuous load is enough. From two miners, a separate sub-distribution board is mandatory, which we can plan and install. You also need a connection to your PV system and a LAN connection.
You receive an individual quote after the site assessment. As a guide: in our current designs, Air with two miners came to around €5,700 net including sub-distribution board and project planning, Hydro with one miner to around €5,300 net plus the installer. A minimal solution with used miners starts from €1,000 net.
The Bitcoin earned is paid continuously and fully automatically to a wallet address you provide. You alone have access to it at any time. Converted into euros, revenue is between €0.05 and €0.20 per kWh, depending on the market.
That is your decision. Holding builds up a long-term position but brings no ongoing euro income. Selling regularly gives predictable euro income but forgoes possible price gains. For context: anyone who converted surplus into Bitcoin between 2022 and 2025 and held it until the end of 2025 achieved an average of €0.33 per kWh, or €0.14 per kWh when selling immediately. This is a look back, not a forecast.
Project planning, control cabinet construction, electrical work and commissioning come from us. A certified installation partner carries out the hydraulic installation, the integration into the building and the pressure test. The partner is commissioned and invoiced separately.
